The practice manager you haven’t hired yet.
My Virtual PM reads your Dentally diary and your money, and tells you in plain English what needs you today. Open it before the first patient arrives.

Private practices on Dentally. Read only: it never changes a booking, an invoice or a record.
A sample practice, drawn for this page. Not real data.
Dentally tells you what already happened. You need to know what’s about to.
Most practices can see last month’s production. Few can see, on a Tuesday, that next Thursday afternoon is three hours empty, that a quarter of the money invoiced hasn’t arrived, or that thirty proposed treatment plans have never been started.
A practice manager would tell you all of that every morning. If you don’t have one yet, this does the watching.
Four questions it answers every day
Open a tab. Each view is built to answer one thing a practice owner actually asks.
The next six weeks, day by day. The biggest gaps are ranked by size and by how soon they fall, so you know which to fill first. Closures and bank holidays come from Dentally, so a closed day is never counted as empty.
Produced against collected. Who owes the practice money, shown by Dentally reference number and never by name, and the treatment plans that were proposed but never started, or started and then went quiet.
Lost appointments, and why. By clinician, by day and by how much notice was given, which cancelled slots are still empty, and whether short-notice fees actually appear on invoices.
After the exam, what happens? How many patients go on to attend a treatment visit, what each booked hour earns, and how often reception records where a new patient came from.
Sample practice, sample figures. Not real data.
Start the day knowing the one thing to do first.
The site opens on a welcome screen with the time, the date and the first job on your list. Scroll, swipe or tap and it lifts away to show the rest.
On weekdays a short summary also arrives on your phone before you open the practice. It carries no patient details, and no pound figures unless you ask for them.
Both views here are drawn for this page with sample content.
Handled with care, because it is your patients’ practice.
It only reads. The software makes read requests to Dentally and never writes. It cannot move a booking or change an invoice.
- No patient names. None are stored and none are shown. Where a list needs a patient, it shows Dentally’s reference number, which opens the record in Dentally.
- Your own private copy. It is built so each practice has its own site, its own sign-ins and its own figures, kept apart from every other practice.
- Messages stay plain. Phone summaries carry no patient details. Figures stay behind your sign-in.
- This page keeps nothing about you. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking.
Made inside a working private practice.
It started as a question an owner kept asking: how full are we going to be? Every view was built, checked against Dentally’s own figures and argued over in a real practice, for owners who don’t have a practice manager yet.
Be one of the first practices on it.
- You write to us. A few lines about your practice is plenty.
- We reply personally. Then a short first call, about twenty minutes, to see whether it fits.
- If it does, we connect it to your Dentally account, read only, and you see your own figures.
We’re opening to a small number of private practices on Dentally.
